NeeDoh has experienced an incredible surge in popularity around the world over the past year. From social media videos to word-of-mouth recommendations, these satisfyingly squishy stress balls have become one of the most sought-after sensory toys on the market. The result? Demand has grown faster than the manufacturer can currently supply.
Worldwide Demand Has Outpaced Supply
NeeDoh products are sold across multiple countries, and the manufacturer is working hard to increase production. However, with demand at an all-time high, stock is being allocated carefully between distributors around the world.
Like many countries, New Zealand receives its NeeDoh stock through an official distributor, who is currently waiting for confirmed allocations from overseas. This means we can't simply order unlimited quantities—even our local supplier is receiving stock in stages.
Why Does It Take So Long to Reach New Zealand?
Once stock has been allocated, it still needs to make its way to New Zealand. Shipping times, international freight schedules, and customs processing all add extra time before products arrive on local shelves.
Unfortunately, New Zealand is one of the last stops in the supply chain, so we often have to wait a little longer than larger markets.
Good News: More Stock Is On The Way
The good news is that more NeeDoh shipments are expected to arrive in New Zealand throughout July, August, and September. Rather than one large delivery, stock is expected to arrive in several smaller shipments spread across these months.
This means you may see some styles returning before others, with popular products being restocked gradually.
