Where do you ship from?

All of our products are stocked and shipped from our Hamilton, New Zealand warehouse. We do not drop ship any products.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day when placed by 2.30pm weekdays. Orders made after that time, and on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Once dispatched, most orders are shipped overnight. Allow extra time for orders to rural addresses. Larger orders, especially to South Island rural addresses, may take 3-5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge $7.95 for shipping to urban addresses and $12.95 for rural addresses. 

Can I shop in person?

Yes! We are based at the Sweet Pea Parties store in central Hamilton, where you'll find a selection of our best-selling products available to purchase in-store. 

Unfortunately we cannot provide access to our warehouse for browsing our full range, but you are welcome to request a product not on display and staff will retrieve it for you. We recommend using our Click & Collect service if you want to order a specific product.

Find us at 70 Rostrevor Street (cnr of Harwood Street) in the Hamilton CBD. There is parking outside the store.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to New Zealand addresses.

Are your Squishy Toys safe to use?

Yes! All of our products are imported by reputable New Zealand distributors who only import products that have been tested to meet the required NZ safety standards before they are sold here. We do not import and resell products from websites like AliExpress or Temu which may not meet these same standards.
